Saiyathra.com is not responsible for any flight delay/cancellation from the airline's end. Kindly contact the airline at least 24 hours before to reconfirm your flight details, providing the reference of the Airline PNR Number.

In case a flight gets cancelled, Saiyathra.com will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.

Name changes are strictly prohibited for this booking under any circumstances.

Important: On the day of departure, no updates will be shared regarding flight cancellations or timing changes from saiyathra.com.Customer must directly check with the airlines and update their passengers before departure.

 

Reschedule Terms & Conditions

This is a group ticket, and reschedule or date change is not possible.

In case of a flight cancellation or irregular operations (IROPS), reschedule requests will be considered only when the airline group desk is operating.

The group desk operates from 11 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Sundays.

Group ticket reschedule is not guaranteed and will be provided only if the airline approves it.

saiyathra.com is not responsible if the airline denies the reschedule request.

If the airline denies the reschedule request, passengers can request a refund.

Reschedule requests will not be available on the same date of travel or when the group desk is closed.

All cancellation or IROP communications will be sent to the passengers registered email. passengers must reply within the specified time frame.

 passengers does not respond within the given time frame, appropriate action will be taken, such as claiming a refund for cancelled flights or accepting changes for IROPS. No changes will be possible after the time frame.

 

Refund Terms & Conditions

Important:In case a client requests a refund after the name has been updated with the airline due to Cancellation/IROP, Agency must share the cancelled split PNR and the airport stamp copy with refund confirmation. Otherwise, saiyathra.com will not guarantee a refund.

The refund amount will be credited only in the agency credit shell wallet in case of IROP/Cancellation/Rejected Booking.

In the event of airline cancellation (e.g., due to natural calamity, COVID, or airline shutdown like Go First), saiyathra.com commit to refunding the amount equivalent to passengers's direct purchase price from the airline/vendor, which may be lesser than the agency buying price.

In the unfortunate event of the airline denying a refund, declaring bankruptcy, or any other circumstances, there may be no refund for affected bookings.
