Please read the Tour Itinerary completely before Booking.
The package once booked is Non refundable and Non cancellable.
Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
Saiyathra.com reserves the right to alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason if the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.
Yatra timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the yatra, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on yatra. In this case if any yatra participant misses any part of sightseeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services.
Saiyathra.com not accepts any losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the tourist.
We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his/her acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

Package is from Airport to Airport, "NO HIDDEN COST WHATSOEVER." Name as to be given as per ID proof, as it verifiable at Airport entry..
If any mistakes in name, consequences has responsibility of Passenger only..
Name change not allowed.
For Child claim, document will be verified at Airport, if any mistake it has to settle full amount with addition to Airline charges. .
Documents to carry : Photo ID proof : Election ID card/ Driving license/Birth certificate or School ID for children's Tour manager/accompany details will be sent one day before the travel date through message(sms). .
Its Pilgrimage tour, alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited and only veg food served if mentioned in package. Organizer reserves all rights to make any emergency changes with notice..
Per person rates (in Rs) - applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room.Rates applicable for Indian Nationals only. Non Indian Nationals may avail the same package after inquiring about the applicable rate.
PACKAGE COST DOESN'T INCLUDES PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE DURING DUSHERA, DEEPAWALI, CHRISTMAS , NEW YEAR OR ANY LONG WEEKEND.
Package cost doesn't includes Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges for Christmas and New Year Evening.
Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
High season booking (New year, Deepavali long weekend) are non refundable There will be no refund for unutilized services / meals.
If any paid or special dharsan in temples may subject to availability, If mentioned in package.
All special dharsan timings and tickets will be finalized by temple management only.
Hotel Standard Check in Time is 12 Pm and check out time is 11 am. At Hill stations check out time is 9 am. Early check and Late check out are subject to availability and hotel may charge the guest for the same as per their policy..

Group PNR Cancellation policy / Refund Policy- 0 to 15 days of Travel No Refund.
- Before 15 days of travel, airline cancellation charges Rs.8000 + Rs.1500 communication charges per passenger.
- For train packages, before 15 days of travel, train ticket cancellation charges + Rs.1500 communication charges per passenger.
- High season booking (DUSHERA, DEEPAWALI, CHRISTMAS , NEW YEAR OR ANY LONG WEEKEND) are non refundable.
Tickets booked under PROMOFARE.-"No Cancel or Refund".
There will be no refund for unutilized services / meals. Saiyathra.com reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

Seat arrangements in the bus is allotted by us as per first preference senior citizens, Ladies, families, couples, youngsters and solo passengers. Passengers should not change the seats. We provide luxury Air buses, Volvo buses and Luxury Cabs depends upon the group size. We request all passengers to co operate with us.
